A Highly Anticipated Return

After a three-year hiatus due to its members' mandatory military service, BTS is poised to reclaim the world's stages in a wave of collective euphoria. On July 17 and 18, 2026, the seven-member Korean group will perform at the Stade de France, in front of approximately 80,000 spectators each night. These two Paris dates are part of the ARIRANG World Tour, the septet's most ambitious tour to date: 82 concerts in 34 countries across five continents, from April 2026 to March 2027.

A Historic World Tour

Launched on April 9, 2026, in Goyang, South Korea, the ARIRANG tour will traverse Asia, North America, Europe, Latin America, and Oceania. Organized by BigHit Music and Live Nation, it is already being hailed by industry professionals as the biggest K-pop tour of all time. Each concert will feature a 360° stage configuration, surrounded on all sides by the audience, for an unprecedented level of immersion.

Tickets for the European dates sold out in a matter of hours during the pre-sale on January 22, ahead of the general sale on January 24, 2026. Prices range from €78.50 to €260 for the Gold Circle, available on Ticketmaster, the Stade de France website, Fnac, and several major retailers.

The "Arirang" Album and Netflix Concert

The tour accompanies the release of "Arirang," the group's fifth studio album, expected on March 20, 2026 — the first to feature all seven members in six years. The day before, on March 21, Netflix will broadcast live from Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul a special concert accessible to all of the platform's subscribers worldwide. A documentary, "BTS: THE RETURN," will be available on Netflix from March 27, chronicling the group's creative process during their years of military service.

Paris, the European Capital of the ARMY

France holds a special place in BTS's relationship with Europe. The French-speaking community of ARMY — the name of the group's fans — is one of the most active on the continent. This tour confirms the growing cultural influence of the hallyu (Korean wave) in France and the French-speaking world, where Korean language courses, Korean restaurants, and K-pop album sales have seen a dramatic increase in recent years.

Associations such as BTS ARMY France have organized group purchases and practical guides to help their members obtain tickets. Belgium and French-speaking Switzerland have also contributed to this cross-border enthusiasm, demonstrating a structured community fabric that extends far beyond France's borders.

A Major Cultural Event for 2026

Beyond the musical phenomenon, BTS's concerts at the Stade de France promise to be a significant sociological moment: the meeting of a generation of fans who have grown up with the group and a K-pop industry now fully integrated into the global entertainment market. For Paris, hosting BTS in this temple of grand spectacles also represents international recognition — an eloquent signal of France's cultural attractiveness on the global stage.
